Job Summary

  • As a Retail Territory Manager, you will manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts, responsible for driving top-line sales and analyzing metrics to strategically map out customer routing schedules.
  • You will partner with store and district managers, analyze POS data, and develop individualized sales plans, while also working closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure proper inventory for promotional activities.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Work occasional weekends (8-10 annually)
  • Capable of handling, training on, and demonstrating products
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Climbing ladders and being on feet for several hours
  • Ability to analyze Power BI and SalesForce data
  • Understanding of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must pass Drug test & MVR
