Job Summary

• This position reviews medical record documentation to determine appropriate billing codes and necessary documentation, and is a remote position.
• Primary duties include reviewing documentation to identify pertinent facts for selecting diagnoses and procedures, coding evaluation and management to CPT codes, and diagnosis to ICD-10 codes.
