Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Pharmacy Technician is to assist the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager with serving customers and maintaining the Community Pharmacy at Baptist Health.
Performs all tasks associated with the filling and dispensing of community prescriptions, including computer order entry, updating patient information, filling and labeling prescriptions, and completing transactions at the point of sale.
The Community Pharmacy Technician functions in a multi-skilled environment, which requires the application of teamwork, leadership and flexibility.
