Key Requirements

  • 4-year degree in HR, Business/Management, or Organizational Development
  • Minimum 3 years progressive leadership experience in HR or Training/OD
  • Knowledge in HR, Organizational Planning, Recruitment, OD, Employee Relations, Safety, Engagement, Development
  • Better than average written and spoken communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and coaching skills
