You will own and enhance OKX's compliance systems, with a primary focus on building trust and enhancing user experience by leading the development of our institutional onboarding experience.
This role involves designing and optimizing onboarding workflows that are secure, scalable, and tailored to the unique needs of institutions, balancing user experience, operational scalability, and regulatory readiness.
You will collaborate with Compliance, operations and business teams to understand policy and compliance requirements and translate them into scalable product solutions, while also simplifying complex processes through thoughtful product design and automation.
