The Workday Wellness Technical Business Development role leads go-to-market with strategic partner relationships in Workday Wellness, focusing on a next-generation platform for benefits and care delivery.
A successful Tech BD will lead technology engagement with complex partner relationships, establish trust, demo capabilities, explain platform value, and support onboarding and integration with Workday Wellness APIs.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $145,800 USD - $218,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $131,800 USD - $234,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
