Job Summary

  • In Achievers we are building the intelligence layer on top of the world's leading employee recognition platform.
  • You will lead three product teams and a shared designer, setting strategy and driving execution across Program Intelligence, People Intelligence, and Platform Integrations with a common data foundation value proposition.
  • You will report to the VP of Product Management and work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
