Job Summary
Partner with client leaders to execute annual BD HR processes, including Succession Planning, Performance Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation.
Develop and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights, generating reports using Workday, Excel, Visier, Power BI, and other tools.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or relevant field
Minimum of 5+ years progressive experience in HR
At least 2 years in a generalist/HR Partner role
Experience supporting a diverse client group
Experience working in mid/large complex environments in matrixed organizations
Experience working in a Shared Service model within the HR Organization
