Job Summary

  • Partner with client leaders to execute annual BD HR processes, including Succession Planning, Performance Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation.
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights, generating reports using Workday, Excel, Visier, Power BI, and other tools.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5+ years progressive experience in HR
  • At least 2 years in a generalist/HR Partner role
  • Experience supporting a diverse client group
  • Experience working in mid/large complex environments in matrixed organizations
  • Experience working in a Shared Service model within the HR Organization
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
