Must-have
12+ years in biopharma or external innovation
Advanced degree PhD MD required
Mandarin fluency for local navigation
Deep regional biotech ecosystem knowledge
Proven track record in BD deal flow

Experience navigating local regulatory environments
Ability to lead cross-functional deal teams
Key Requirements
