Key Requirements

  • Baccalaureate Degree, ADN, or Diploma RN Degree
  • 3 years RN experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License
  • Certification in Case Management or obtain within 1 year
  • BSN preferred
  • Care Management experience in Ambulatory setting
