Job Summary

  • As our onsite Electrician you will have experience of reactive maintenance and planned maintenance scheduling and a proven track record of general system fault finding regarding general building services plant and equipment.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the electrical engineering systems, plant, equipment, and building critical components in order to ensure their safe operation, serviceability and compliance with statutory regulations, policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for associates and visitors.
  • Financial Benefits include Overtime x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends, Standby rate is £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays, Life assurance, and Auto-enrolment company pension scheme.

Key Requirements

  • Recognised and registered E.I.T.B. or C.I.T.B Apprenticeship
  • City & Guilds BS7671 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LV Switching, Generators, UPS systems
  • Considerable maintenance experience in an electrical role
  • Working knowledge of Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Pumps and their associated controls
  • Good understanding of mechanical building services
