  • Redesign engineering work shipping with autonomous agents as the default execution layer, proposing and operationalizing agentic workflows end-to-end.
  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, team dynamics, continuous feedback, and career growth of direct reports, fostering a people-first approach.
