The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant scientific field and experience in semiconductor processes, particularly dry RIE etch, with a focus on developing and sustaining processes in both R&D and small-volume manufacturing
Job Summary
The role involves developing and sustaining dry etch processes from concept to final development for a wide variety of materials including metals and dielectrics.
Candidates will design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) evaluations to characterize process windows and drive quality and yield improvements.
The position requires acting as a subject matter expert while leading small projects and building a sustainable talent pipeline across research and engineering levels.
