Job Summary

• This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.
• As an Inside Sales Rep – Automotive working from home, you will provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide, close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B and B2C skills.
