Job Summary
As an Engineering Team Leader, you will lead a team of design control engineers to solve complex technical problems and lead technical discussions related to genset package mechanical systems.
This position will lead the planning and delivery of projects for cost, time and quality as well as mentor and coach team members while staying abreast of current/innovative technologies and deepening their professional network.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Masters degree in an Engineering or relevant field
Engine installation and cooling/engine system integration experience
Structures design experience
Factory support experience
Experience with Creo or other modelling tools
Knowledge of APQP, NPI, CPI and NTI processes
Supplier/component strategy experience
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to lead teams and mentor them
Ability to begin working independently
Demonstrated ability to apply theory and concept to product design
