  • As an Engineering Team Leader, you will lead a team of design control engineers to solve complex technical problems and lead technical discussions related to genset package mechanical systems.
  • This position will lead the planning and delivery of projects for cost, time and quality as well as mentor and coach team members while staying abreast of current/innovative technologies and deepening their professional network.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Masters degree in an Engineering or relevant field
  • Engine installation and cooling/engine system integration experience
  • Structures design experience
  • Factory support experience
  • Experience with Creo or other modelling tools
  • Knowledge of APQP, NPI, CPI and NTI processes
  • Supplier/component strategy experience
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to lead teams and mentor them
  • Ability to begin working independently
  • Demonstrated ability to apply theory and concept to product design
