Skills & Requirements
Must-have
LVN or LPN valid license required
Strong communication with residents and families
Ability to prioritize daily work in high volume
Accurate charting and timely documentation
Knowledge of Medicare Medicaid programs
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Social Work
Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
Two years clinical nursing experience
Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification
Intermediate computer skills
Key Requirements
