Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of five years of engineering management experience
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience managing multiple disciplines
  • Familiar with GMP medical design and manufacturing principles
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in plastic injection molding
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with cold and hot runner molds
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Solid Works, Solid Edge, Pro-E, or Gibbs
  • Proficient in advanced Word and Excel functions
