Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years construction management experience
Technical degree in HVAC or Electrical
Ability to read drawings schematics blueprints
Knowledge of NFPA IBC IMC OSHA NEC codes
Experience with hazardous location ESD construction
Proficiency with computer-controlled building automation
Nice-to-have
Experience in chemical pharmaceutical hospital environments
Strong data management and organization skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
PMP certification or relevant trade licenses
Universal Technician Certification for CFCs
Key Requirements
7+ years experience in construction management or project engineering
Technical degree in HVAC or Electrical required
Must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship
