  • The Director of People and Culture forms part of the Executive Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel or Resort.
  • The Director will oversee all aspects of the People and Culture division including benefits administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, career development, wage & hour compliance, training, and legal matters related to hotel employees.

Key Requirements

  • Previous Director or Assistant Director People & Culture experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Work authorization for Dominican Republic
