SAP AfterSales Service Consultant responsible for managing the configuration changes, and enhancements of our SAP System to support our Customer Service Organisation.
Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP AfterSales Service to enhance the clients’ business functionality and performance.
Participates in meetings and builds trust with internal business customers, understands business objectives, and seeks alignment.
