Job Summary

  • This Technical Manager role oversees the operations, maintenance and enhancement of the system, and is responsible for ensuring L1 support service level, security, stability, resilience and data integrity of the system.
  • Lead system upgrade, integration, change or migration projects and oversee incident, problem and service request management, escalation workflows and SLA adherence.
  • Manage vendor, who provides 24/7 L1 Technical Support, and vendors’ service delivery, performance and compliance with requirements, organisation policies & standards and industry best practices.
