Job Summary

  • This position will deeply participate in factory operations management and supply chain operations analysis, using precise data analysis and comprehensive cost control mechanisms to provide key decision-making basis for management and promote operational efficiency improvement and continuous optimization.
  • Key responsibilities include tracking operating key indicator trends, leading performance review meetings, analyzing factory expenses, preparing annual budgets, and analyzing product material, labor, and overhead cost structures.
  • Utilize automation tools like Power BI, RPA, or AI to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making quality, and assist in promoting operational process improvement and cost optimization projects.
