Job Summary

  • The Consultant, Digital Intake & Publishing, Business Effectiveness is accountable for ensuring access requirements, records management and content publishing processes and activities adhere to auditable standards of CIBC.
  • You will analyze reports and dashboards that capture all the Intakes across all delivery pods, and provide guidance on process adherence as well as make recommendations for process improvements.
  • You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
