Job Summary
The Consultant, Digital Intake & Publishing, Business Effectiveness is accountable for ensuring access requirements, records management and content publishing processes and activities adhere to auditable standards of CIBC.
You will analyze reports and dashboards that capture all the Intakes across all delivery pods, and provide guidance on process adherence as well as make recommendations for process improvements.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
