Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications ordered for resident use by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and participate in facility committees to improve medication processes.
Follow all facility policies regarding medication handling, labeling, documentation, and confidentiality of resident health information.
