Must-have
Master's degree in Statistics or related field
4+ years model validation experience in banking
Expertise in Python, R, SAS, SQL, and Spark
Knowledge of US Model Risk Management regulations
Experience with credit acquisition and fraud models
Nice-to-have
Experience with generative AI model validation
Strong project and people management skills
Deep knowledge of Credit Card products
Ability to lead validation projects independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
4+ years of hands-on data science and statistical tools experience
