Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Ensure residents are comfortable, their personal care needs are met, and assist with daily functions, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Maintain resident confidentiality and promptly report any changes in condition, accidents, incidents, or complaints to supervisors.
