As a CS/SPD Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Sterile Processing or Central Sterile Supply Unit.
The caregiver in this role will be responsible for engagement activities, performance feedback and corrective actions, respond to customer needs and concerns, act as a troubleshooter, and make recommendations for and/or implement improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Two years of Sterile Processing and/or related O.R experience
Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST), or Certification Sterile Processing and Distribution Licensure in Sterile Processing (CSPDT)
Proficient with computer software applications (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of performance improvement and quality standards
One year in a leadership role and/or as a Sterile Processing lead technician
