Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
  • 3 years clinical nursing experience in seniors' care
  • Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Microsoft Office applications competency

Nice-to-have

  • Adult education experience preferred
  • Previous client needs assessment experience
  • Knowledge of MOHLTC Act & Regulations
  • Use of inter-RAI system experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
