Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
Responsibilities include leading the annual Hoshin Planning process to identify site breakthrough opportunities and creating a transformation plan for world-class operational performance.

Base: $134,000 - $147,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 80 hours holidays
