Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
