Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications ordered for resident use by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees to improve medication process performance and accuracy.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and report any medication errors or resident complaints promptly.
