We are seeking a Operational Excellence Manager to drive operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives within a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, improving processes, and delivering measurable business impact across cost, efficiency, and delivery performance.
