We are seeking a Operational Excellence Manager to drive operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives within a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, improving processes, and delivering measurable business impact across cost, efficiency, and delivery performance. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver cross-functional improvement projects across operations Identify inefficiencies in production and business processes and implement sustainable solutions Drive initiatives that improve productivity, cost efficiency, and operational performance Partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams to execute improvement strategies Establish and embed continuous improvement practices across the site Use data and analysis to support decision-making and track performance improvements Coach and guide teams in Lean and problem-solving methodologies Requirements: Proven experience delivering measurable operational improvements or transformation projects Strong knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement tools (Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC, etc.) Hands-on experience in solving real operational problems (not purely theoretical) Ability to influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions Experience in manufacturing / Aerospace environment is highly preferred Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please kindly click the APPLY button below or send in your updated resume to gs1@talenttradersg.com EA License No.: 13C6305 Reg.
