The Senior Manager, M&A Finance & Policy is responsible for assisting with all phases of the M&A deal cycle from preliminary analysis of a target company and management meetings to post-closing accounting integration.
The role will work closely with Corporate Development and the Business to ensure that financial risks and opportunities are identified during the financial due diligence process, and with target management to ensure successful integration.
