Job Summary

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including HVAC, packaging/handling equipment, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, and grounds equipment.
• The role may require being the sole maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts and working extended hours during emergencies or high‑priority situations.
