Salary
Base: $184,800 - $300,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years cybersecurity operations experience
5+ years leading security operations personnel
Deep experience with Splunk SIEM platforms
Experience managing incident response lifecycle
Supporting secure cloud environments and air-gapped networks
Nice-to-have
Strong understanding of adversary TTPs
Experience with SOAR platforms like Tines
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage high-severity escalations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
