  • 8+ years building production backend systems
  • Expertise in distributed systems, concurrency, and performance engineering
  • Proficiency in Golang or Elixir
  • Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform)
  • Strong with PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Track record of raising reliability (SLOs, error budgets) and improving on‑call quality
