Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and end-of-life care while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Assist residents with daily living activities

Complete documentation for notes and incident reports
