The role involves assisting residents with daily functions, mobility, and personal care while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to participate in regular nursing personnel meetings for service improvement.
