Chanel is seeking an Assistant Retail Development Manager for its Fragrance & Beauty Products division in Taipei City, Taiwan. The role focuses on sales training, retail coaching, and development support, ensuring that training programs align with Chanel's standards
Job Summary
Work closely with L&D team and other departments within FBP division to identify sales training needs.
Provide field coaching to counter managers regularly to ensure upskill of retail leaders at POS/BTQ.
Provide support to L&D manager to upskills team members and build new capability for L&D organization.
