This position is responsible for fostering clinical excellence in Social Work services across acute, sub-acute and palliative care settings and more broadly, through social work service development, clinical education, supervision and research.
The incumbent will foster social work excellence and innovation through delivering and implementing evidence-based practice, and leading quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Qualifying Masters in Social Work
Significant social work experience (10+ years)
