Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners by delivering best-in-class service.
  • The Member Experience Manager will partner with department managers to train, motivate, and develop front desk staff while ensuring the facility remains clean and well-maintained.
