Enable and drive external suppliers to deliver high-quality hardware for the Gas Turbine fleet to power the ENERGY TRANSITION.
Own supplier results, driving improvements through scorecards, identifying and closing process and inspection gaps, and conducting supplier audits.
Coach and develop the surrounding team, driving continuous improvement and team development through new systems development, standard templates, and training documents.
