Blueprint interpretation and GD&T knowledge
Machine setup and program verification
First-piece and in-process inspection skills
Preventative maintenance on CNC equipment

Ability to modify existing CNC programs
Experience with new program prove outs
Knowledge of 5S safety protocols
Team collaboration in manufacturing environment
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
2-3 years of equivalent CNC machine operation experience
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Working knowledge of shop mathematics including decimals and fractions
