Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks as directed.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any suspected violations promptly.

Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
Use and service heating and cooling systems

Ability to seek and incorporate new maintenance methods
Deal tactfully with residents and personnel
Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
