Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• You will participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing service department.
• The role requires cooperation with other resident services to ensure the resident’s total regimen of care is maintained and involves participation in facility surveys and quality assurance programs.

• Current active LPN/LVN license
• CPR certification
• Nursing degree or approved LPN/LVN program graduate
• Knowledge of nursing laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain continuing education and licensing
• Experience with PCC preferred
