Job Summary

  • Supervise Child Welfare social service staff to ensure that the mission of the Department of Human Services is carried out by providing services directly to children and families in accordance with state and federal laws with a particular focus on the Indian Child Welfare Act (“ICWA”) and ORICWA.
  • Coordinate client services, case planning and placement preferences with the Nine Tribes of Oregon, and other Tribal Nations across the United States while caring for their children.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
