Job Summary
Responsible for the content development and column design of the JJMT digital education platform, mainly serving professional education and training needs, promoting learning, and forming an online training loop.
Insight into business/BU PE goals and needs, combined with analysis of platform user online learning preferences, to formulate platform content optimization strategies, and reshape existing platform content/formats to create an interactive learning ecosystem and enhance platform activity.
Work closely with BUs to explore new models of instructor cooperation, create high-quality boutique courses; create professional, in-depth, and valuable columns and content formats with a user-centric approach to empower practitioner growth.
