  • Create and manage monthly demand plans for a 24-month rolling period for LATAM, ensuring high levels of Forecast Accuracy.
  • Coordinate and oversee Customer Service-related processes and 3PL Warehouse and Transport operations to ensure service performance and effective inbound/outbound management.
  • Lead and support digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function, driving automation, data visibility, and process efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Degree-level education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
  • English B1 level minimum
  • Experience with SAP (PRD & MP1)
  • Experience with demand planning systems (JDA/BY Kinaxis, O2, or similar)
  • LEAN or Six Sigma experience preferred
