Coordinate and oversee Customer Service-related processes and 3PL Warehouse and Transport operations to ensure service performance and effective inbound/outbound management.
Lead and support digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function, driving automation, data visibility, and process efficiency.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Degree-level education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
English B1 level minimum
Experience with SAP (PRD & MP1)
Experience with demand planning systems (JDA/BY Kinaxis, O2, or similar)
