This position will be responsible for managing requisition workload, sourcing candidates for hard to fill positions, hiring qualified candidates and to ensure performance targets are met.
Utilize various sourcing strategies (internet searches, employee referrals external advertisements, social media, career events, social & personal networking) to identify and select the highest qualified candidates.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field
Minimum of 5 years corporate or staffing industry recruiting
Minimum of 5 years Director-level and above recruiting
Experience sourcing using Boolean logic, ATS or Job platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ATS
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and multitask
Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO guidelines preferred
