Job Summary

  • The Learning & Development team manage the creation and delivery of the L&D plan for the offshore workforce providing varied opportunities to develop knowledge, understanding and skills.
  • This role offers the opportunity to join a diverse, skilled international workforce in a forward-looking company, with pathways for personal and career development.
  • You will administer and co-ordinate activities around development programmes including virtual delivery and produce reports from the LMS to support learning and development.
